Online dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for out-of-court disputes. Participation is voluntary. Due to REGULATION (EU) No 524/2013 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 21 May 2013, consumers are able to clarify disputes regarding their online order.

Niggeloh GmbH works according to the principles of the honest merchant. We usually deal with disputes with business partners or clients out of court. We are not taking part in the newly introduced "alternative voluntary dispute settlement procedure", especially since its costs are disproportionate.
